This immersive certification experience takes you through the full eq4me learning journey, combining six Leading with Emotional Intelligence masterclasses with a dedicated Train the Trainer module. Delivered over 7 live virtual sessions (21 hours), you will experience emotional intelligence development at a deep, personal level while learning how to facilitate it in others.
You will complete a written assessment with detailed, personalised feedback, followed by a 2-hour practical facilitation and coaching session to demonstrate your capability.
