Your leaders will complete our EQ Assessment prior to attending the workshop to establish their EQ strengths and development areas so that they know what to work on during the course and after the course.
After your leaders have attended the training, they will complete a written assessment which, upon completion and after achieving an 80% pass mark, will qualify them for the Leading with Emotional Intelligence Certificate of Competency.
